You could call me a fear expert, because I’ve lived in fear for almost 3 decades. I’ve been afraid of not being pretty enough, cool enough, successful enough or even not worthy enough...
I've struggled for years with an extreme anxiety and panic disorder + undiagnosed PTSD. Since the age of 6 I've known extreme trauma and the debilitating power of fear...but I also know the hope of healing. I learned early on how to stop fighting my fears and instead reframe them for my good so I could accomplish big dreams, and now it is my joy to help teach others to do the same.
I believe in the power of healing through self-discovery and that's what I openly discuss and share on the Brave Fear Podcast.
